Hospice Team takes care of about 30 terminally ill children and their families. These patients remain at home.
Palliative care consists of:

• medical,
• spiritual,
• psychological,
• social,
• volunteer help and
• bereavement care

Since 2005 we have taken care of more than 120 children with severe brain damage, lethal and incurable genetic syndroms, congenital malformations, neuromuscular and congenital metabolic disorders. The children with cancer accounted for approximately 28% of all our patients.
